The Roofing Man, Inc is a Registered Roofing Contractor in Kansas (Certificate #13-115289)

A new Kansas law took effect in July 2013 which requires roofing contractors to register annually with the attorney general’s office before they can be paid for their work. The new law was enacted this year by legislators and is designed to protect consumers.

The law says that roofing contractors must obtain an annual certificate from the attorney general’s office to solicit business or collect fees for residential or commercial jobs.

Roofers must be at least 18 years old, and they or their companies must show that they carry $500,000 in liability insurance.

If you have questions about the new law, check out this page at the Kansas Attorney General’s website. At the website, you can check to make sure that your Roofing Contractor is registered with the State of Kansas.

The Roofing Man, Inc. stays up to date with all the relevant building codes and roofing contractor regulations throughout the Kansas City Metro Area, including Johnson County.
